Nutritional information is generated using artificial intelligence and may not be fully accurate. We do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of results.
You acknowledge that food recognition and calorie estimation may vary depending on image quality, portion size, and other factors.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
All content, branding, design, and software associated with Calory are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if required for operational or legal reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
