1. How does Florie work?

Florie helps you manage your plant collection by letting you identify plants, save plant profiles, set care routines, receive reminders, and run AI-assisted health checks.

2. Do I need to create an account?

No. Florie does not require login or account creation. You can use the app immediately after downloading.

3. How accurate is plant identification?

Identification results are generated using AI and may not always be perfectly accurate. Results depend on photo quality, lighting, plant condition, and visual similarity between species.

4. How do plant health checks work?

You can take or select a photo of your plant, and Florie will analyze it to provide general health insights and possible care recommendations. These results are informational only and should not be treated as professional advice.

5. Can Florie remind me when to water my plants?

Yes. Florie can schedule care reminders, including watering reminders, if you allow notifications on your device.

6. Does Florie support widgets?

Yes. Florie can display plant care information through widgets, such as upcoming or overdue watering tasks, depending on your setup and device support.

7. Does Florie store my photos?

Plant photos may be used for identification, health checks, and your saved plant records. Some data may be stored locally on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. How do subscriptions work?

Some features may require a subscription. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
  • We do not have access to your payment information.

9. How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  • Tap your Apple ID at the top
  • Select "Subscriptions"
  • Choose Florie
  • Tap "Cancel Subscription"

10. How can I delete my data?

Since Florie does not require accounts, most data is stored locally. You can delete the app at any time to remove locally stored information.
