Florie – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Florie mobile application ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Florie allows users to identify plants, track care routines, receive reminders, and view AI-generated plant health insights. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. No Professional Plant or Veterinary Advice

Florie provides informational content only. The App does not provide professional horticultural, agricultural, or veterinary advice.

Plant care decisions should consider your environment, plant species, and individual conditions. If a plant issue may affect pets, people, or property, seek advice from an appropriate professional.

3. Accuracy of Information

Plant identification results, care suggestions, and health check insights are generated using artificial intelligence and other automated systems and may not be fully accurate. We do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of results.

You acknowledge that results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, plant condition, species similarity, and other factors.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
• We do not store or process your payment information directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software associated with Florie are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if required for operational or legal reasons.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
